I don't make ...I agree with you on resolutions. I don't make them, they are usually made to be broken. I like sticking with goals and aspirations. Goals for myself are so much more empowering and motivating. <br /><br />On another note, I have had back problems for forever. Now that I am sticking with the yoga on a regular basis I don't have the back pain I used to. It's so, so nice.
