Today, right before lunch, Talia came whining to me. She wanted her diaper off. She wanted to wear her panties. In fact, she begged me (as much as she is capable at {gulp} 3 years old)..to wear her panties. I told her she had to pee in the potty. She DID!!! I did make her put the diaper back on for her nap, but she has been in panties all afternoon, had 1 small (drops) accident that she told me about immediately, and even got over her fear of pooping in the potty once!
I'm hopeful!

That's pretty much what Kennedy did too! I had bought her "big girl" underwear when she showed interested in the toilet but we were going on a trip to Hawaii and I didn't want to worry about the plane trip and the beaches so I didn't push it. Then when we got back she told me she wanted her "big girl" underwear and that was that. I'm nervous about Oaklan. I'm sure boys are much different and I am expecting a much harder time.
